HR Assistant

Contingent Upon Award Position Overview Supports data management, reporting, and analytical functions to enhance operational performance and decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, generates actionable insights, and supports reporting requirements across HR operations. Scope of Work Oversight Data management and reporting across HR systems Metrics tracking, analytics, and performance reporting Data integrity, validation, and system support Reporting environment support and trend analysis Key Responsibilities Generate reports and analyze HR data Maintain data systems and ensure accuracy Support metrics tracking and reporting Identify trends and support process improvements Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of data, reporting, or analytical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Work Environment Primarily on-site, with presence required to meet mission and operational needs Telework may be authorized on a case‑by‑case basis depending on business requirements High-volume, fast-paced environment supporting critical federal hiring operations and national security missions Benefits At Crossroads, we invest in our people by offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, financial future, and overall well‑being.
