8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$20–$21 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy healthcare setting in Middletown, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, multitasking in a clinical environment, and supporting both administrative and clinical workflows.
The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent patient service.

Bilingual Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with basic clinical tasks
• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
• Prepare exam rooms and support providers during patient visits
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Schedule appointments and assist with front desk responsibilities
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff in both English and Spanish
• Follow all safety, privacy, and healthcare compliance protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting preferred
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
• Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required
