We're hiring a Medical Assistant Supervisor in San Francisco to lead our clinical team. In this vital role, you'll oversee Medical Assistants, drive efficient patient flow, ensure top-quality care, coach staff, and manage credentialing. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Medical Assistant staff
• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Streamline workflows and clinic processes
• Maintain clinic safety, supplies, and regulatory standards
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff and credentialing needs

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MA or similar program (LPN, RN, EMT)
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current health clearances and certifications as required
