Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day office tasks and support the team. This is a good opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain practical experience in an administrative role. The position can be office-based or remote, depending on the candidate and business needs. Applicants must currently reside in Hungary. Responsibilities Assist with general office and administrative tasks Organize and maintain documents and files Manage emails and internal communication Help schedule meetings and appointments Enter and update information in company systems Support team members with daily administrative needs Skills Required Must currently reside in Hungary Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email) Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and responsible Ability to work independently (especially for remote work) What We Offer Competitive salary On-the-job training Flexible work option (onsite or remote within Hungary) Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the company UltraSuperNew
