Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Philadelphia, PA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Every other weekend required | Holiday coverage required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, primarily serving GYN surgical patients as well as bariatric and ENT post-operative patients Adapt to varying nurse-to-patient ratios (1:3 to 1:6) based on census demands Float to ICU or Med/Surg units to fulfill appropriate Med/Surg assignments as needed Demonstrate flexibility in caring for a diverse and evolving surgical patient population Maintain BLS certification and adhere to all clinical and safety protocols Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania BLS certification required Ability and willingness to float to ICU or Med/Surg units as assigned Flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays Preferred Experience / Skills Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred Experience with GYN, bariatric, or ENT post-operative patient populations Comfort working in a small, dynamic unit environment with variable census and patient acuity Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a specialized women's and surgical care setting with a diverse patient mix Gain broad clinical experience through float opportunities across multiple unit types Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 770995.
