Our operation includes: 3300 full‑time associates across Supply Chain. 9 large Furniture Distribution Centers located in Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, and Newark totaling 7.5 million square feet. 38 delivery hubs in cities larger than 750,000 in population. 3 small package e‑commerce Distribution Centers located in Memphis, TN and Olive Branch, MS totaling 3 million sq ft, consisting of 1200 full‑time associates and 5000 seasonal/temporary associates. 4 Sutter Street Upholstery Factories located in North Carolina, Mississippi, and California with over 1,400 FTEs producing approximately $900 million to $1 Billion in sales of upholstered furniture. Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking and Rail consisting of over 45 transportation professionals located in Memphis, TN. 700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe including China, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Italy, and Turkey. Talent Acquisition Sourcer Position The on‑site Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for hourly, exempt, and leadership positions across our supply chain network. This role partners closely with recruiters to proactively source talent, conduct initial candidate outreach, and maintain a strong pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. You’ll be excited about this opportunity because: Proactively source candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, various job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill exempt positions. Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, and text to gauge candidate interest and availability on a daily basis. Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter pre‑screen interviews. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust sourcing strategies regularly. Develop passive candidate pipelines for active searchers and for future hiring needs. Track sourcing activity and provide weekly pipeline updates. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and applicant tracking systems. Strong candidate engagement and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience sourcing hourly and exempt operations talent. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. What Success Looks Like Build qualified candidate pipelines for various priority openings throughout the supply chain. Deliver consistent, high‑quality candidate flow to recruiters. Reduce recruiter sourcing time and improve speed‑to‑fill. Maintain accurate recruiting data and sourcing metrics.
