Administrative Assistant

$17.2 - $18.36 per hour

Bruna's Cleaning Service

Bruna’s Cleaning Service is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Answer phones and respond to inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Manage files and maintain accurate records Order office supplies and maintain inventory Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist with event planning and coordination Provide support to other team members as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Job Type: Full-Time Salary and Benefits: Salary range will be $17.20–$18.36 per hour. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
