Construction Site Monitor

Location: Conesville, OH

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 Per Hour Depend On Experience

Shift is Overnight; From 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday Thru Friday

Position Summary

LEAD Mission Critical is seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Facility Inspection & Site Monitors supporting a mission-critical data center environment.

In this role, you will conduct scheduled facility inspections, complete detailed checklists, identify safety or maintenance concerns, and accurately document site conditions. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in staying observant, working independently, and helping maintain a safe and secure jobsite.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled facility walkthroughs and inspections.
• Complete inspection reports and checklists accurately and on time.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or operational issues.
• Document findings using company reporting systems.
• Communicate observations promptly with project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safety-focused work environment.
• Monitor facility conditions throughout the shift to help ensure continuous site operations.

What We're Looking For

• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
