Senior NetSuite Administrator Position Overview The Senior NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP and related business systems. This role will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure business processes are effectively supported through scalable system architecture and operational best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong technical NetSuite expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and financial operations. This individual will balance strategic platform leadership with hands-on administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities ERP Platform Ownership Administer, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform and related business applications. Manage system configurations, workflows, customizations, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and user roles. Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and governance standards. Lead release management, testing, deployment, and change control activities. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Enablement Support end-to-end manufacturing processes including: Bill of Materials (BOMs) Work Orders Routings Inventory Management Procurement Demand Planning Production Execution Collaborate with operations teams to improve system-driven manufacturing workflows. Ensure accurate transaction flows between manufacturing, inventory, and finance processes. Support integrations with MES, planning, logistics, and third-party operational systems where applicable. Financial Systems Administration Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Revenue Recognition Procurement Financial Reporting Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions for business stakeholders. Maintain controls supporting audit readiness and segregation-of-duties requirements. Support compliance initiatives and internal controls programs. Process Improvement & Data Governance Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Design and implement scalable NetSuite solutions supporting company growth. Establish and enforce data governance standards across master data and transactional processes. Lead initiatives to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align system capabilities with business objectives. Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
