Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Food quality control and management Back of house operations oversight Kitchen management and staff supervision Labor cost management and scheduling Required Skills: Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience Menu development and banquet catering experience Food preparation and service management skills Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices ServSafe Certified with experience in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) Nice to Have Skills: Experience in nutrition and cost management Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and cooking techniques Previous experience in food and beverage management Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and flexible schedules for our team members.
