- Current Executive Sous Chef or CDC with luxury hospitality experience.
- Strong fine dining, steakhouse, and high-volume culinary experience.
- Proven ability to execute menus while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Must have a friendly, personable leadership style and work well with a team.
- Must have experience overseeing kitchen operations and supervising culinary staff.
- Valid U.S. work visa required; TN Visa candidates will be considered. No other sponsorship available.
