Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and respond promptly to changes in patient status. Administer medications and manage lines, drains, and IV therapies per clinical protocols. Collaborate with cardiology/interventional teams and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the medical record. Promote patient safety, comfort, and education while supporting families as appropriate.
