We are looking for a high-performing Partner Sales Specialist to lead growth initiatives for Check Point's Secure Service Edge (SSE) portfolio through strategic channel partners. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional with a deep understanding of channel dynamics, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping partners deliver modern, cloud-delivered security solutions like SASE. You will play a key role in driving pipeline, accelerating sales cycles, and elevating partner engagement in your assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Sales Execution
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize channel sales initiatives to achieve and exceed quota across assigned channel and distribution partners.
- Drive Cloud and SASE revenue growth by deploying targeted channel programs aligned with Check Point's strategic priorities and Hybrid Mesh pillar.
- Expand partner footprint by engaging managed and unmanaged partners, identifying highpotential targets, and accelerating onboarding and enablement plans.
Partner Engagement & Business Development
- Build strong, trustbased relationships with key partners, including VARs, MSSPs, system integrators, and distributors to grow Cloud and SASE adoption.
- Work crossfunctionally with the broader Check Point channel organization and Channel Marketing teams to design and launch joint enterprise engagements.
- Ensure systematic identification, sourcing, and progression of new opportunities (DRs) across the assigned region, jointly managing pipeline with partners.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Track, analyze, and drive Cloud and SASE pipeline growth through direct engagement (assigned partners) and via distribution (unassigned partners).
- Lead structured weekly/quarterly pipeline reviews with partners, ensuring accurate forecasting, early risk identification, and effective deal acceleration strategies.
- Maintain high data hygiene and visibility across Salesforce to ensure actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Partner Enablement & Technical Alignment
- Enable partners to confidently deliver the Cloud and SASE pitch within the Hybrid Mesh pillar, positioning yourself as a sales expert and subjectmatter reference point.
- Interlock with the Cloud and SASE Sales Specialists and Solution Architects to deliver technical workshops, value demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
- Coordinate partner readiness activities: certifications, playbooks, deal strategy sessions, and competitive positioning.
Executive Communication & Business Reviews
- Prepare and deliver regular Cloud and SASE business reviews highlighting performance, attainment progress, competitive insights, and challenges requiring executive attention.
- Drive alignment with partner executive stakeholders to create longterm business plans and strategic growth initiatives.
Market Presence & Ecosystem Activity
- Represent Check Point at regional and national trade shows, partner summits, industry events, and Check Point-hosted conferences.
- Deliver recurring Cloud and SASE webinars, partner product launches, and fieldfocused enablement updates.
- Act as a visible ambassador for SASE and Cloud technologies across the channel ecosystem.
Distribution Led Scale & Velocity Programs
- Build and execute a structured distributor growth plan focusing on velocity motions, newlogo acquisition, and Cloud/SASE runrate business.
- Develop distributorspecific programs to increase transactional partner activation, including bundle promotions, incentives, and automated onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with distributor business managers to ensure tight alignment on quarterly goals, MDF utilization, marketing execution, and partner recruitment.
Distributor Partner Recruitment & Enablement
- Lead highscale activation campaigns with distributors, targeting SMB, midmarket, and regional partners to expand reach and accelerate Cloud/SASE attach rates.
- Design enablement tracks for distributors to selfrun: partner workshops, technical deep dives, demo days, and guided selling sessions.
- Ensure distributors maintain strong solution expertise through certifications, competitive training, and updated sales/technical readiness.
Distributor Pipeline Development & Acceleration
- Establish predictable pipeline generation engines at distribution level, call blitzes, bundled offers, automated lead nurturing, and marketplacealigned campaigns.
- Monitor weekly runrate performance, transaction velocity, partner adoption metrics, and Cloud/SASE SKU uptake across the long tail.
- Implement structured deal escalation and support processes to accelerate partner deals emerging through distribution channels.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Ensure distributors execute predictable business cadences: monthly performance reviews, pipeline audits, operational scorecards, and tierlevel compliance.
- Strengthen operational hygiene across price support processes, renewals management, and procurement workflows.
- 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Network Security, or channel sales, ideally with strong exposure to complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success managing sophisticated 6month+ sales cycles, including procurement, legal negotiations, and 6figure ARR deal structures.
- Highly selfmotivated with a "whatever it takes" mindset to support partners in closing strategic opportunities and achieving abovequota results.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to articulate value at Clevel and influence senior stakeholders across partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capability, with experience building business plans and executing operationally against measurable objectives.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, partner program structures, and channel performance analytics.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
