IT Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. The candidate will provide comprehensive support across Windows and Mac environments, ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting our transition to cloud-based solutions. The role involves hardware provisioning, software maintenance, and assisting a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-3 support for Windows and Mac OS.
- Assist in migrating digital resources to the cloud.
- Oversee hardware inventory and provisioning.
- Upgrade and maintain Windows and Mac systems.
- Set up IT for remote workers, including VPN and remote apps.
- Train staff on new systems and software.
- Work with vendors for hardware and software needs.
- Ensure compliance with network security protocols.
- Use service management tools to resolve support requests.
Qualifications
5+ years in IT support with Windows and Mac.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, Active Directory, and security tools.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
