Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate mood disorders, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their specific goals and preferences, incorporating modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, ensuring they are informed participants in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Participate actively in integrated care efforts, working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
