Work Week: Monday- Friday Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required. What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility Nine (9) Paid Holidays Health insurance eligibility after 30 days of employment Employer-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Pull finished product from the extrusion line Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards White wrap and package finished products Organize and manage physical inventory Operate saws and other power tools safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with other production duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Willingness to assist in other departments as production needs require Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment (or willingness to become certified) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude Requirements This position works primarily on the manufacturing floor producing extrusion products.Employees should be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Work safely around manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Superior Outdoor Products, Inc.
