Production Associate - 2nd Shift

With 10-hour or 12 hour shifts available, Team members who choose working a 12-hour shift will earn an additional $2.00 per hour premium. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs. Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed. Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
