Receptionist - Wellness Center (Part-time) Job type : Part-time, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Pay range: $15 - $17/per hour, based on experience Description St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Receptionist at our Wellness Center to join our team.This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the front desk. Our beautiful 240 acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant. Job Responsibilities: Greet members and guests. Answer and direct phone calls. Assist with Wellness Center memberships and member records. Issue membership badges. Maintain reception area, supplies, and promotional materials. Organize confidential files and perform general administrative duties. Provide information about Wellness Center services. Attend required training and follow organizational policies. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
