Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to deliver support from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will work closely with school staff to coordinate care and connect students with necessary resources. You will maintain a flexible schedule, primarily working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as required to meet the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' emotional, mental, and social needs, with a focus on identifying challenges and strengths that affect their academic performance and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other school personnel to create individualized care plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each student.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support their emotional development and navigate life experiences.

• Advocate for students by connecting them to appropriate school and community resources, ensuring they have access to essential services that promote academic and personal success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, providing them with the tools and strategies to overcome personal and academic challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a social work setting, preferably within educational or community-based environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, best practices in adolescent mental health, and local community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
