Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a dedicated rehabilitation team, including teachers and school counselors, to develop individualized treatment plans that address psychosocial needs and support academic success.

• Assist students in accessing essential community resources, including mental health support groups, vocational rehabilitation, and housing services, to promote comprehensive well-being.

• Lead community education initiatives, equipping family members and caregivers with knowledge about available post-rehabilitation services and support systems.

• Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for students returning to school from various care environments.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Broadview Mental Health Solutions, you’ll primarily serve school-aged children facing various challenges, including emotional distress, learning disabilities, and disabilities resulting from injury or illness. Compensation and Benefits\n
