Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and actionable interventions for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that address various mental health topics.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and stress management issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
