Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using secure digital platforms, allowing for a wide range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting to ensure that their therapeutic journey is focused on achieving measurable outcomes.

• Offer ongoing support and constructive feedback throughout the treatment process, adapting strategies as necessary to best support each client’s progress.

• Document all therapy sessions and client developments accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
