Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively conduct remote therapy sessions via our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique circumstances, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their individual mental health goals.

• Continually assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize the therapeutic impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current active licensure in Illinois as a mental health professional (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual therapy in a remote setting.
\n
• Strong technology proficiency to facilitate smooth remote sessions and manage therapeutic documentation effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

• Ability to work independently, yet be a collaborative team player when necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desired.

• Familiarity with using telehealth technology and digital tools for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
