Work Environment\n

You will be part of a supportive, remote work environment that offers a flexible schedule primarily spanning Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Adaptability will be key, as adjustments to your schedule may be necessary to meet the needs of our clients. As a mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to utilize technology efficiently through electronic health records (EHR) systems, enhancing the delivery of care and communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying individual needs to develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions to clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate positive behavioral changes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a sense of community and addressing shared mental health concerns among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to offer coordinated patient care that is holistic and comprehensive.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring continuity of care.

• Educate clients about mental health diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities, striving to stay updated on advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges. Your clients will include individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and histories, and may present with unique needs ranging from mild anxiety to severe mood disorders and substance abuse issues. Your expertise in therapy will play a critical role in guiding them toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and effective therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of clients.

• Proficiency in the use of EHR systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
