Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and more. Our Telehealth service model allows you to connect with clients from different backgrounds, enhancing your understanding and approach to mental health care. Your role will be crucial in fostering a trusting and therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with preference given to those holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport and facilitate therapeutic engagement with clients remotely.

• A deep sense of empathy and compassion for clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance multiple client sessions and documentation tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandated, experience in teletherapy is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
