Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and social needs, identify strengths, and devise individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, employing safety planning when needed to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and safeguarding client information.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community engagement and client support.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
