Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments tailored to each child's unique needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to set achievable goals for children.

• Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and optimal developmental progress.

• Provide emotional and practical support to families, guiding them in effective strategies that promote their child’s learning and development.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations guiding social work practices and early intervention services.

• Build rapport with children, families, and colleagues, fostering trust and a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on infants and toddlers who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will not only address immediate health and developmental concerns but also empower families to implement best practices in their day-to-day interactions with their children, enhancing overall outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is required for any necessary in-home visits or evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
