Administrative and support tasks are handled by a robust, dedicated team—so you can do what only attorneys should do: practice law at a high level. Position Highlights Location: Miami Lakes, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST Salary: $95,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, paid time off/holidays, mental health support, confidential counseling, and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities Interview potential clients and witnesses to evaluate case viability Strategize and oversee litigation from case filing to final resolution Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery Engage in negotiation and settlement discussions with opposing parties Take and defend depositions; prepare clients for testimony Represent clients at mediations and, when necessary, at trial Provide legal counsel and maintain ongoing communication with clients Work closely with other attorneys to ensure high-quality legal outcomes Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury litigation (required) JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Client-service mindset with professionalism and accountability If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a fulfilling legal career with a firm that combines impact with innovation, click apply today or for immediate consideration, send your resume to Nichole at View email address on click.appcast.io.
