Director of Operations

Overview DNAMBrands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. As we scale wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and global distribution, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end operational infrastructure. This executive leadership role oversees logistics, fulfillment, inventory flow, third-party warehouse operations, customer experience, ecommerce operations, and cross-functional execution. Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Operations will build scalable operational processes, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution across product launches, wholesale fulfillment, ecommerce operations, and international supply chain management. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that support rapid business growth.
