Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing video conferencing tools to create an engaging therapeutic environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor dynamic treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs—regularly assessing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to facilitate clients' understanding of their issues.

• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering trust and open communication to promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide guidance and connect clients with additional resources, support groups, and community programs to enhance their overall well-being.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinical best practices and organization standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
