Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software NetSuite Oracle to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines.
- NetSuite responsibilities: Enter new customers & leads, enter quotes & orders and enter part numbers.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule online and in-person meetings for Business Development Associates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and client feedback to support ongoing business development efforts.
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within technology or technical sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, cold calling, and warm calling strategies to generate leads and close sales.
- Organize tradeshow collateral for Business Development Associate's tradeshows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude toward business development.
