Customer Success Manager (Money)

Client Success Manager Location: Fully Remote (US) | Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 yearly | Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid, flexible PTO. Responsibilities Train CS team in coaching and management processes for clients, focusing on goal metrics in lead generation, lead nurture, sales, and retention. Lead group coaching calls for clients in the program suite. Create and curate content and curriculum to help students grow their businesses. Report on total client count, satisfaction percentages from feedback surveys, client success metrics, and other overall client experience data. Handle escalations and refund requests, and develop a consistent response process. Curate or host group calls with guest experts/SMEs for the benefit of the students. Update client interactions within Infusionsoft/Pipedrive (our CRMs). Manage client FB groups, including internal promotions, promo content, and virtual events. Perform content updates for all programs and train CS team members on the curriculum. Promote content updates to clients via FB groups, text blasts, or email. Manage a team of 2–3 people to aid in client success across key areas: branding, offer & copywriting advice, mindset/fundamentals of business, sales & objection handling, media buying/paid advertising, and funnels. Hiring, training, and maintaining performance reviews and ratings of talent. Manage execution and implementation groups to hold clients accountable and move through the program system.
