Project Manager

We are a boutique agency looking for an experienced Project Manager who is a fit for our culture. We need someone who knows how to keep teams aligned and clients confident. This role sits at the center of strategy, creative, production, and client services—translating incoming projects into timelines, managing workflows, and ensuring deliverables are on time and in budget. What You’ll Do: Own project timelines from kickoff through delivery across social, digital, video, experiential, and integrated campaigns Build and maintain detailed project plans, production schedules, and resource allocations Partner closely with strategy, creative, account, and production teams to keep projects moving efficiently Manage day‑to‑day workflow and ensure deadlines, milestones, and approvals are met Lead internal status meetings and maintain clear communication across teams Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep before they become problems Coordinate with vendors to align expectations and deliverables Help build and improve internal processes as the agency grows Need to have: 3–7 years of project management experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows Experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and solution‑oriented in fast‑moving environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent and self‑supervised Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, or similar) Comfort working directly with internal leadership BA or equivalent Good to have: Experience in automotive, B2B, or experiential marketing Production background Budget tracking and vendor management experience Who you are: Proactive Structured, but flexible/adaptable Clear communicator Funny (not a requirement, but helps) Comfortable with ambiguity (sometimes that’s where a job starts) Passionate about bringing order to chaos What we offer: Competitive salary, full healthcare (medical and dental) with HSA, fully‑matched 401‑k, profit sharing, liberal vacation policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
