Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing various assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs, goals, and preferences of clients, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their symptoms and achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide continuous education and emotional support to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices that contribute to overall wellness.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic support system for clients, ensuring integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-related bonuses.
