Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Oasis Psychotherapy Services, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting primary care providers in recognizing, treating, and managing mental health and psychosocial challenges, while being an integral part of the primary care team.

• Conducting thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and advising primary care providers on treatment goals and plans.
\n
• Providing brief, focused interventions for clients in need of immediate mental health support and working to develop relapse prevention plans where necessary.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress through follow-up consultations and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and diagnostic information meticulously to maintain high standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
\n
• Building collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to advance comprehensive treatment strategies.
\n
• Educating patients on self-management skills while addressing any medical treatments initiated by primary care providers.

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds, all seeking support for an array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

• Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License in Colorado.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, developmental psychopathology, and therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy.

• Ability to evaluate and address the psychosocial effects of mental and physical health issues on individuals and their families.

• Excellent documentation skills and thorough understanding of maintaining clinical records.

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will find their skills particularly valuable in serving our community. Additionally, familiarity with community resources and effective referral processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide:
