We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative telehealth team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services remotely to individuals navigating the complex challenges associated with trauma.

Work Environment\n

This position is remote-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You will have the flexibility to schedule appointments based on your availability and the needs of the patients, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility will be necessary to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients’ trauma history and create strategic treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals that focus on trauma recovery, resilience, and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help patients process trauma, enhance coping strategies, and find pathways to healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for all patients, ensuring comprehensive support.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing therapeutic techniques aimed at stabilizing their emotional state.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and the tools available for managing stress and emotional distress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in alignment with legal and ethical standards using advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to continually improve treatment practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population of clients who have experienced various forms of trauma. Our practice serves individuals ranging from adolescents to adults who are seeking help with trauma-related issues, PTSD, and related mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these clients on their journey toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with a sincere, compassionate approach to counseling.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and provide empathetic support to clients.
\n
• Proficient in navigating electronic health record systems and virtual communication tools.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, especially in trauma-focused therapeutic practices.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
