Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs using standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual, group, and family contexts.

• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to client care, attending regular team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, demonstrating your ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion.

• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness, providing educational workshops, and advocating for destigmatization of mental health issues in the community.

Qualifications\n
