Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 3 years of professional experience in behavioral health services, demonstrating a strong ability to connect with clients and navigate complex emotional landscapes.

• Proficiency in integrative therapy techniques, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions.

• Hands-on experience with electronic health records is advantageous to facilitate efficient documentation and patient management.

• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal finesse, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
