As a remote therapist at Bellwood Psychology Group, you will have the freedom to create your own work schedule and establish your caseload according to your expertise and interests. Our clinic employs a hybrid model, allowing you the choice of performing your duties entirely online or incorporating in-person sessions as desired. The supportive infrastructure includes administrative and billing assistance, giving you the opportunity to focus entirely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, or families via a secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring client confidentiality and safety is always maintained.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments along with regular evaluations to monitor client risk and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and adjust them based on ongoing therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic boundaries while effectively building rapport and fostering trust with clients, facilitating a safe therapeutic space.

• Assist clients in navigating challenges related to life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and identity development, providing essential support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client population throughout Colorado. You will engage with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders and mood disorders, as well as those coping with trauma and relationship issues. The ideal counselor will bring a deep understanding of these issues and be devoted to offering personalized, compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required to ensure comprehensive understanding of mental health principles.

• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for mental health care are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
