Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring each individual's treatment plan is tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records that comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and respond effectively to complex client needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, remaining abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families facing diverse mental health challenges, often with limited access to care. Our goal is to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health issues by providing them with the necessary tools for recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
