Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, tailoring your approach to their specific circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy services in both individual and group settings, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance counseling skills and remain informed about emerging best practices in mental health.

• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the Arvada community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
