Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health status to inform therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing various modalities, such as individual and group therapy, to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and community resources, to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining detailed and timely progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will address a diverse array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, promoting culturally responsive practices and ensuring that treatment approaches are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience with a diverse patient population.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural competency in therapeutic practices.

• Proven ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, applying inclusive techniques that respect the backgrounds of all clients.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a calm and effective approach to managing high-stress situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrating a talent for building rapport with clients from various walks of life.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to counseling practice.

• A strong commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering telehealth services in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
