Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, building meaningful therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client progress, stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, including appropriate discharge planning.
\n
• Develop person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to individual client needs, continuously implementing and monitoring their effectiveness.

• Document client progress and maintain records accurately, including timely completion of intake assessments and progress notes.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring a productive and supportive environment.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to foster professional growth and skill development.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be serving a diverse population of clients, including those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. The clients range from young children to adults, each presenting unique needs that require tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and independently active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in technology, including the ability to navigate RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and other digital tools for effective client management.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortability in conducting intake assessments and completing necessary documentation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges between USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with opportunities to enhance earnings through a fee-for-service model.
