Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose clients accurately and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within our electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
