Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Deliver individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, specifically those with limited access to mental health services. This includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role is pivotal in removing barriers to care and providing effective therapeutic support tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, sharing insights and resources for optimal client care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
