Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to analyze clients’ mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, through diverse formats such as one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group exercises.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously, using practice management software to adjust treatment plans proactively as needed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support strategies for clients facing unpredictable challenges.

• Maintain compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices, attending continuing education workshops and training sessions.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings with peers and supervisors to enhance therapeutic skills and strategies.
