Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help maintain an efficient, professional workplace. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, assisting team members, and contributing to the smooth operation of a busy office environment. Responsibilities Support daily administrative and office operations. Organize and maintain office records and documentation. Coordinate appointments and assist with daily office schedules. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office supplies. Maintain office supply inventory and assist with restocking. Assist team members with general administrative support. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Follow company procedures and administrative standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
