About the Role:
Join Jewels of Beverly Hills as an Accounting Office Assistant and be an integral part of our dynamic team! This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, hard working and willing to adapt or take on what comes their way.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate records and data entry.
Process scan and review invoices.
Prepare internal reports and assist filing.
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks.
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support office operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred.
Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, excel knowledge preferred.
Experience with larger ERP's like Sage100, Microsoft D365 etc.
Experience with a paperless office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
