Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Lakefront, NY. Licensed preferred. **COMPLETION BONUS: (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks) - $20,000** ~12's now accepted, 5 x 8s preferred, 4 x10s will be considered. ~ Shifts start at 7a for all providers. No exceptions. ~ Call: Inhouse OB call preferred. ~ Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few). ~ Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only. ~ If supervising the ratio is 1:3. ~ No OT. ~ Call: Possible. ~ MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3. ~ Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer. ~ Credentialing: 30 days emergency time frame. ~ Will cross credential at 2 sites. ~$1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. ~$Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
