• Candidate must have 5 years of experience in a KM role
• Candidate must have experience in inventories, ordering and staff training
• Experience in scratch kitchens is a plus, but not required
• The ability to multi-task and maintain health codes is a must!
• High volume experience is a plus!
• BILINGUAL IS REQUIRED
